The AT24C02 provides 256 bytes of EEPROM organized as 32 pages of 8 bytes, accessed over a standard I2C interface at up to 1 MHz. It operates at 1.8V-5.5V and comes in SOIC-8, TSSOP-8 and DIP-8.
