The MPU6050 from TDK InvenSense combines a 3-axis MEMS gyro and 3-axis accelerometer with a Digital Motion Processor (DMP). It communicates over I2C (up to 400kHz) and includes a temperature sensor.
16-bit ADC per axis, programmable full-scale ranges (gyro ±250/500/1000/2000 dps; accel ±2/4/8/16g), on-chip FIFO, and interrupt output. Runs at 2.375V-3.46V.
Drones, gimbals, robotics, VR headsets, pedometers and motion-controlled devices. The DMP offloads fusion algorithms from the host MCU.
